Geoff Green, Founder

Geoff is the Founder of NeverAgain.org.

Additionally, Geoff is a proud member of the Salesforce Ohana.

In total, Geoff has over 20 years of execution experience as a management consultant, public servant, software executive and leader in the non-profit world.

Before joining Salesforce, Geoff was a Vice President at Oracle, and a Managing Director at Phase One.

Before joining Phase One, Geoff was accountable for transforming FHA’s mortgage-insurance business model, by leading the FHA’s Transformation Program during the nation’s housing crisis.

Before leading the FHA Transformation program, Geoff led the Hurricane Gustav and Ike responses for HUD.

Before joining HUD, Geoff led the day-to-day operations of the SBA’s turnaround during Hurricanes Katrina/Rita and Wilma by ensuring that broken parts of key business processes of the disaster loan-making function were repaired using lean management techniques, and that improvements in customer service delivery were achieved.

Geoff received an MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, and played Football at Ithaca College where he received his undergraduate degree.
